Many of struggle with speech evaluations. Some people struggle with finding points of improvement. Some people struggle with the best way to say things. And some non-native speakers simply struggle with creating an evaluation when it hard to pick up everything that the speaker said. This workshop will deal with common questions that you have when dealing with speech evaluations. We will also look at how to pick up points of improvement easier. We will look at better ways encourage speakers on not only the things that they felt the did well, but what is needed to say to further encourage them on the road to being a better speaker. No matter your skill level compared to the speaker this workshop will give you the tools and the confidence you need to provided good, useful feedback.
